General Education requirements
Students pursuing an Associate of Applied Science degree must take a minimum of five (5) general-education courses, including the Core Competencies and two (2) courses representing two of the following Knowledge Domains: Arts and Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Social and Behavioral Sciences. To ensure transferability of an associate degree within the State of Ohio, students should only take Ohio Transfer 36 (OT36) Approved Courses in arts and humanities and social science.
