Minor in General Geography

This multidisciplinary minor is designed to explore aspects of the human/environment interaction with four unique focuses to choose from: biodiversity and humans, human influences on the environment, earth systems, or community development.

The curriculum includes three required classes: Physical Geography, Introduction to Anthropology and a human geography courseplus,nine hours (three courses),from an approved curriculum,drawing from anthropology, geography, environmental studies, history, political science, or sociology to complete an option focused on biodiversity and humans, human influences on the environment, earth systems, or community development.
