Minor in Geographic Information Science

The minor in Geographic Information Science provides courses revolving around the theory and application of geospatial technologies to complement a major.  Coursework in the minor includes application of geographic information systems, remote sensing, the Global Positioning System, and spatial analysis to a variety of different types of location-based data.
